Final salary plan
This section of the website contains information for active, deferred and pensioner members of the Final salary plan and their families. In the Final salary plan, pensions are linked to members' pensionable salaries and the pensionable service they build up in the plan. This plan is now closed to new members.
This website does not give any rights to particular levels of contributions or benefits. Unilever reserves the right to end your employer's participation in the Final salary plan and, with the Trustees' agreement, to change the Final salary plan.

Active member
If you are currently contributing to the Final salary plan (through the 'Unilever Contribution Arrangement') you are an active member.
Deferred member
If you are no longer contributing to the Final salary plan (through the 'Unilever Contribution Arrangement') but are not yet receiving a pension from the Fund, you are a deferred member.
Pensioner member
If you are receiving a pension from the Fund you are a pensioner member.
